I grew up in the rolling hills of Dry Ridge, Kentucky. Catching fireflies, collecting mosses, sleeping on fallen trees while listening to a chorus of crickets, and running from ghosts in the old tobacco barn were the first order of business in my childhood. Without permission or preamble, the flowers, birds, and wind wove their way into the strands of my existence and left me changed. They shaped my life and showed me that magic exists in the everyday if we pause and take the time to see it. Then, if we choose to care for it, we too can be apart of that magic. I went onto study ecology, horticulture, and landscape architecture receiving my degree in Ecological Design. My only goal is to help sustain the magic of nature left in the world and return it to the places that have lost it so that we all may find our way back to the peace these places bring.
